NO MISTAKES, ONLY LESSONS...
…And you thought school was such a bore!  Reflect and reconnect with the real life lessons your K-12 education brought to you.  Learn how childhood experiences involving the concepts of “play fair”, “good guys don’t have to finish last”, “don’t ask why”, and “eagles are better than beavers” can teach you how to succeed and achieve your potential both personally and professionally.  Explore the foundations of who you are and discover the key to transformation.

HIGH SCHOOL GYM CLASS...what  a memory!
No this isn’t your high school gym class, it’s business!  This is a motivational keynote presentation you won’t expect!  As you mature you must choose to take the steps from the locker room to the boardroom.  Connect with who you are, why you do what you do and how to do it with gusto!  Ask yourself where did the passion and energy go (no, this is not Dr. Phil!) or did you ever have it to begin with?

DON’T RETIRE, REINVENT...
The wisdom of years combined with the excitement of novices makes for a successful working climate.  Diversity of every kind makes us all better!  Human experiences and knowing how to treat others comes from knowledge gathered along the way, a prized commodity in the world of sales!  In today’s world you have technology that functions almost at the speed of light and the ability to travel the world and the universe.  Why are we still arguing about color, age, gender, orientation, or language?  Get motivated and learn how to create a new personal and professional vision.

THIS IS NOT A DRESS REHEARSAL...
Have you ever felt yourself rise to the challenge?  Challenging yourself everyday and refusing to just settle into life isn’t always easy but, unless you are coming back as “Rover” to have another chance, this is IT, now is the time!  Up with an alarm clock, put on the coffee, let the dog out, pack a lunch and get ready to greet a new day....it’s about the challenge!

SO WHAT’S WRONG WITH MAKING MONEY?
How many times have you heard, “all they care about is the bottom line and making money”. Well...list three reasons why any of us work and I’ll bet making money is one of them.  Don’t be afraid of money, find balance.  Don’t let anxiety about making money rule your life. Let’s investigate and uncover real feelings about making money and honestly evaluate ourselves in relation to work and the climate we create!

COACHING, LEADING AND MANAGING PEOPLE...
Leadership doesn’t happen all on its own.  Learn keys to building coaching fitness to accomplish teamwork as the desired outcome. Coaching individuals to WANT to be positive contributors to the team all begins with those who lead the pack. Become a shining example to those around you.  Achieve success, receive recognition and create an environment of support.  People may not remember what you say, but they will definitely remember what you do!

MAKING “WORK” A VERB...
English class, language arts…whatever you call it.  Remember learning the parts of speech: nouns are persons, places and things; verbs are action words.  Bet you never thought you would see it again!  In the competitive workplaces and spaces of today the professional world is tied to action.  When you think about your career and work ask yourself “what am I doing?”  Grab your work life by the reins and head in the direction you have always wanted.   What you think, feel and say are important, but how you act is how you leave a great impression on those around you.

INTEGRITY IS THE HEARTBEAT OF THE SOUL...
Honesty and truth are the most basic foundation of any successful person, business or company.  It begins with individual integrity. With the self, with the reflection looking back at you from the mirror.  Recent research tells us that an individual is lied to, on average, 5 times a day!  It begins in childhood.  Children don’t tell the truth because of fear; adults are less than truthful because they want to avoid responsibility.  You are only as good as the people you surround yourself with! Fibs and untruths become habits because many of us spend so much time telling people, our bosses and colleagues, what we think they want to hear.  Being a “yes” person will weaken a group, an organization, a church or a family and groups.  Don’t associate with this type of energy and put the success of your work in jeopardy.

SNIFF, SWIRL
