“I’ve been an employee of the Biltmore Estate for 6 years. All of us are required to attend annual ‘Retreats’ (employee motivational sessions). Most of us find these retreats tiresome and boring, but we attend because it’s expected of us.
The 2006 Retreat, which was hosted by Jackie Pelletier, was quite different, however. It can be summed up in one word: WOW! All of us in attendance agreed that it far exceeded our past retreats, and we’re hoping that she will be invited back again in years to come.
